Before the SKYMAX Party

Everything you need to prepare the party of your dreams.

    How old do you have to be to celebrate a birthday at SKYMAX?

    Accessible from age 1 with the SkyMini Party package. The minimum age required is indicated for each package before booking.

    How many children can we invite?

    Formulas are designed for groups of 8 to 26 children. For smaller groups, a minimum of 8 children will be charged. The exact number of participants must be confirmed at least 3 days before the event.

    How far in advance do I need to arrive on the big day?

    Please arrive at reception 30 minutes before the start of the session. This allows time for children to be kitted out, wristbands to be distributed and safety briefings to be given.

    Can I change or cancel my booking?

    Yes, under certain conditions: - Up to 3 days before the scheduled date: modification possible and refund of deposit in the event of cancellation. - Less than 3 days before: the €50 deposit is retained. - The number of participants can also be adjusted up to D-3.

    Where can I leave my belongings during the birthday party?

    On arrival, two large secure lockers are provided to store the children's belongings. A large bag is also provided to collect presents, which can then be deposited in the SkyRoom toy box.

    Is there a counsellor to look after the children?

    Yes, a dedicated SkyTeam animator takes care of the welcome, briefing, warm-up and snack. He ensures that the party runs smoothly, but the children remain the responsibility of the accompanying adults.

    Can we bring our own cake?

    Yes, by selecting the "no cake" option when booking. A reduction of €1.50 per child will be applied. If this option is not selected at the time of booking, it will not be possible to return to it on the day.

    How long is the SkyRoom available?

    The SkyRoom is reserved for the group for 30 minutes, the time for the tea party, candlelight and gift opening. The SkyRoom must be vacated at the end of the time slot, so that the next party can be prepared.

    Can you decorate the room yourself?

    Yes, you can bring your own decorations (garlands, balloons, etc.), provided you inform the team in advance.

    Can parents stay?

    Of course you can! The SkyBar remains open throughout the birthday party for a moment of relaxation.

    What should children bring?

    Comfortable clothing is all you need. Non-slip socks are provided for each participant.

    Do you supply invitation cards?

    Yes, once the reservation is confirmed, a personalized invitation is sent, ready to be shared.
