When you book online, a confirmation e-mail is sent to you, listing the encoded data. If you agree, you can receive our newsletters and promotional offers by ticking the box provided for this purpose when booking or creating your account.
The legal basis for processing is the performance of the contract where this is necessary to provide our services, compliance with legal obligations, particularly in relation to billing and security, and your explicit consent for processing relating to marketing (newsletters), commercial prospecting and promotional photos.
You may at any time withdraw your consent for the receipt of promotional communications, without this affecting the legality of processing already carried out prior to such withdrawal.
ARTICLE 3 - TRANSMISSION AND SHARING OF DATA

By accessing our site or using its features, you confirm that you have read this policy and agree to the processing of your personal data under the conditions described. This consent is manifested by a positive action, such as the validation of an acceptance box during your reservation. This step is essential in order to benefit from certain functions, such as online booking. You may withdraw your consent at any time. This withdrawal does not call into question the legality of the processing carried out prior to its exercise, but may make certain services requiring this consent unavailable.
